the staff secured my belongings when i misplaced them, i appreciated that. the location allowed convenient access to nearby amenities and transportation hubs. i found the hotel clean and well maintained throughout my stay. the lobby offered games which was a plus.

noisy aircon basic breakfast

the air conditioning unit made far too much noise. it was impossible to switch it off. i had a poor night's sleep as a result. the breakfast selection disappointed me as well. it was a very basic self-service offering consisting mainly of coffee, tea, and a few sandwiches.

the hotel provided a free shuttle from the airport, really convenient. the driver was very kind and the shuttle itself was nice and clean.

the voucher was only $20 per room, not per person. It was disappointing and inadequate.
